The Graduate REALTORŪ Institute designation is earned by attending intensive series of classroom instruction, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. The subject matter educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them and their clients.


The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABRŪ) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORSŪ who meet specified educational and practical experience criteria. 



SRESŪ, Senior Real Estate Specialist designation program trains REALTORSŪ to ethically serve the real estate needs of clients age 50+.  It helps them track senior-specific lifestyle and housing issuesand provide mature clientele with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.

Personal


Kelly's first loves are her three active kids and husband and their home near downtown Campbell, California.  After family and real estate, Kelly's passion is for horses.

Kelly has always been success-oriented placing FIRST in the Santa Barbara Nationals as a 16 year old.  The pictiure shown here is her at the show with her beloved horse The Corinthion or "Corney" for short.  Its a little bit of a Seabiscuit and Cinderella story, against some big names, ask her sometime about it!
