Searching for REOs - I can give you an exclusive list of all foreclosures and short sales, do not pay for these services!  There are many websites that offer listing reports focused on foreclosures, but they are no different than all the other sites in Search Galore and rarely is there information on them that is not obtainable by the other sites with more variable search options.  

If you are searching for a home, search all the homes available that meet your criteria, foreclosures are not the only great values out there for you.
